Seasonal Rules & Regulations

Our rules are designed to keep the park peaceful, tidy, and enjoyable for everyone.
Please review carefully before booking.

Season Dates & Park Access

Season: Mother’s Day weekend (May) through Thanksgiving Day.

Closed Season: Thanksgiving Day to Mother’s Day weekend. No access to the park during this period.

  • Seasonal rates apply to:
    • Up to 2 trailer owners (same address)
    • Dependent children under 18 living at home

  • Balance due: May 10, 2026
  • Late payments: $100 + HST after May 10

  • Reservation/Winter Storage Fee:
    • $500 + HST due September 13, 2026
    • $50 late fee after this date
    • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • End-of-season move-out:
    • Trailer must be removed and site cleaned’
    • At least 14 days before closing

When the trailer owner is present:

  • $12 per car per day
  • $12 per overnight guest (18+)

When the trailer owner is not present:

  • $40/night per family (parents or non-dependent children)
  • $50/night per family (friends/others)
  • Visitor Pass available: $170 (tax included)
  • Covers all guests when owner is present
  • All visitors must register at the office upon arrival
  • Anyone using a trailer must have approval from both management and the owner
  • Trailer owners are responsible for all guest behaviour and rule compliance
  • Maximum 2 vehicles and 1 boat per site
  • Speed limit: 10 km/h

  • Park on your own site only
  • Do not park on vacant sites or green areas

  • Prohibited vehicles:
    • ATVs
    • Dirt bikes
    • Mini bikes
    • Motorized children’s vehicles

  • Golf carts require approval, must be insured and operated safely
  • Minors are not permitted to operate vehicles or golf carts

  • Boat storage (off-site): $100 + HST per season
  • Sites must be kept clean and well maintained
  • Campers are responsible for cutting their own grass

  • If management cuts grass:
    • $50 first cut
    • $25 each additional cut

  • No inflatable pools or hot tubs
  • Mats are not permitted on grass for extended stays

  • Quiet Sundays:
    • No mowing or motorized equipment
    • No loud or disruptive activity

  • Do not cut or damage trees or shrubs ($1000 fine)
  • Do not attach items or nails to trees

  • Site changes, decks, sheds, or landscaping require approval
  • 30 amp electrical service (Hydro & Sewer sites)
  • Hydro is metered and billed twice per year
  • Only use the outlet assigned to your site
  • Not permitted:
    • Flush toilets
    • Washing machines
    • Dryers
    • Dishwashers
  • Sewer connections must be leak-free
  • Seals/donuts must be used where required
  • Water is for personal use only
  • Permitted:
    • Washing trailer once per season (not on long weekends)
  • Not permitted:
    • Leaf blowers on summer weekends
    • Watering grass or washing vehicles
    • Pools or hot tubs
  • Trailers 5+ years old must have a propane inspection within 2 months of arrival

  • Proof of ownership is required
  • Minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance required

  • Hydro cords must meet Ontario Hydro Code

  • Storage sheds must be locked
  • Extra refrigerators must be stored out of sight

Pets are welcome in the park under the following conditions:|

  • Maximum of 2 dogs per site
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times (maximum length 15 feet)
  • Pets may not be tied to trees

  • Owners must clean up after their pets at all times
  • Pets must remain quiet, controlled, and not disturb other campers

  • Pets are not permitted in public buildings

  • Proof of vaccinations may be required upon request
  • Management reserves the right to remove any pet from the park if necessary

Campfires are permitted provided the following rules are followed:

  • Fires must be in designated fire pits only
  • Fires must be attended at all times

  • Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the site or retiring for the evening
  • Do not burn garbage or materials that create excessive smoke or odours

  • Fire pits must not be moved
  • All fire bans must be strictly followed when in effect

Parents and guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of children at all times.

  • Children must follow all campground rules
  • Helmets are required for all cyclists under 16 years of age
  • No bike riding is permitted after dark
  • Children under the age of 6 must be supervised by a responsible person over the age of 12
  • All children must be on a campsite after dark

 

Playground & Beach:

  • These areas are not supervised and are used at your own risk
  • Playground hours are from sunrise to sunset

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers, the following park-wide rules apply:


Noise & Courtesy:

  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
  • Music and outdoor lighting must be turned off by 11:00 PM
  • All campers are expected to respect the peace and enjoyment of others


Alcohol, Smoking & Cannabis:

  • Alcohol, marijuana, and smoking are not permitted in public areas
  • Consumption is allowed on your designated campsite only
  • Walking through the park while drinking or smoking is not permitted


Safety:

  • Firearms and dangerous weapons are strictly prohibited
  • Fireworks are not permitted anywhere in the park
  • Illicit drugs are strictly prohibited and may result in eviction and/or police involvement


Garbage & Recycling:

  • Garbage must be placed in clear plastic bags and disposed of in the designated dumpster
  • Fish remains must be double bagged
  • Recycling bins are available for approved materials
  • Large items (furniture, appliances, etc.) must be removed by the camper


Trailer Sales & Lot Changes:

  • All trailer sales must be approved by management
  • A $300 admin fee + HST applies
  • All fees must be paid prior to listing for sale
  • New owners must be approved by management
  • Seasonal fees are non-transferable
  • Lot changes require management approval and a $300 admin fee + HST


Liability:

  • Campers use the park and its facilities at their own risk
  • Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury


General:

  • Management reserves the right to enforce reasonable rules to ensure safety, respect, and enjoyment for all guests
